I’ve had a lot of you emailing me asking for an EASY but TASTY pie crust….well I found one and I am so excited to share it with all of you! It only takes 10 minutes to make too! Some of the best things about this pie crust is that it’s flakey, you don’t have to roll anything out (I have a hard time rolling dough) and it’s not messy! There is also a yummy recipe for some homemade Dutch Apple Pie. YUM! Enjoy…

Easy Pie Crust and Dutch Apple Pie

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine all crust ingredients in a pie plate
- Mix together and form a ball
- Then just push the ball out until it hits the edge and forms a pie crust (you can use a fork to make the edges if you want)
- See…wasn’t that easy and quick!?
- Now combine the filling ingredients in a separate bowl
- Pour into pie crust once combined
- Now in a separate bowl, combine topping ingredients
- I always use my fingersor a fork for this next part…mash up the cold butter chunks into the dry ingredients until it’s crumbly
- Pour over top apples in pie crust
- Bake for 40 -50 minutes (you can cover edges with foil about halfway through if they start over cooking).
- Enjoy!
