As most of you may know, I LOVE peanut butter and these cookies are full of peanut butter! I just love how simple this recipe is and guess what…you only need 3 ingredients! Now that’s what I’m talking about. 😉
This peanut butter cookie recipe use a pre-made pie crust you get in the refrigerator section, peanut butter and sugar. When you bite into it the peanut butter oozes out.
Once again, this is a kid-friendly recipe so grab the little ones and head to the kitchen to make these yummy treats.

Ingredients:

- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Pie Crust (I use Pillsbury found in the fridge section)
Directions:
- Pre-hear oven to 350 degrees
- Spread out 1 of the pie crusts
- Spread peanut butter evenly over it
- Place the other pie crust over it
- Take a cookie cutter, knife, top of cup, etc to cut shapes out of it
- Dip and cover in sugar then place each one on greased baking sheet
- Bake for 10-11 minutes
- Let cool for 3-5 minutes (not all the way)
- Dip back into the sugar and make sure a lot sticks to the cookie
- Enjoy!
