Moroccan Salmon is spicy, savory and just a little bit sweet, which makes an amazing combination that delights your taste buds. It’s a flavor that you don’t normally find in traditional American chain restaurants.
Fresh Spices Make Moroccan Salmon Memorable
If you have the availability, a fresh spice market will have amazing spices to make Moroccan Salmon tasty and aromatic. Some markets will even grind them for you while you wait. If you don’t have the ability to shop at a fresh spice market, give your spices a sniff test. If you can’t smell them easily, it’s time to get fresh ones.
Serve Moroccan Salmon Warm or Cold
One of the beauties of Moroccan Salmon is that it is so versatile. You can serve it right out of the oven, make it up early and chill it. You can also slice Moroccan Salmon and place it over a fresh salad, making it a light and healthy lunch or dinner, especially during the hot summer months. Try it with a light vinaigrette for a delicious summer meal.

For Even Deeper Flavor, Marinate Moroccan Salmon
If you’d like an even richer flavor that goes through the whole filet, sprinkle the salmon a few hours before and let it sit in the refrigerator. About an hour before cooking, let the Moroccan Salmon come to room temperature on the counter. The flavor will go deeper into the fish and you’ll have the most amazing flavor!
