the coupon doesn’t seem to be available on their website anymore, only a free 8×10
@Vickie M you can find it under the electronics tab or go to the bubble that says newest and click it. It was on like page 6-7 but I found it instantly on the electronics tab.

My Target doesnt have an actual photo area just a machine. Can I do it on that and use this coupon?
No it has to have a photo lab… I made the mistake today of using the photo kiosk and had to pay .29 each!!
My Target let me use the Kiosk I think maybe you should call the store about them charging you .29 cents each.
