You may want to hit up your local Target because it seems that the Valentine’s day clearance items are marked down to 70% off! Plus, within a few days (if your store still has stock left) items should be marked down to 90% off!
You could always use the heart shaped plates, napkins, pink candy, etc for a girls Birthday party, baby shower, etc!

February 21, 2012 at 10:36 amYesterday I used my Target coupon $1.50/2 bags of Hershey’s Kisses on the 70% Valentine clearance…I bought 4 bags of Raspberry Hershey’s Kisses for 92 cents…that’s 23 cents a bag. Target has a lot of things on Clearance right now. I was able to match up Target with Manufacturer coupons and get a few things free. There’s a Target mobile coupon for $2/1 Sonia Kashuk cosmetic item…I found a nail polish for $1.73, making it free. Also an Axe deodorant for free with Target and Manufacturer coupons.
