I love making unique iced coffee from home! There are so many different kinds you can make including candy bars, cookies and more! The thing is, a lot of people just try adding ice to coffee with some sugar and that does not taste that great. I like to add some creamer AND some milk or half & half to make it a little more creamy. Enjoy….

Thin Mint Iced Coffee

  • 2 cups of coffee or 2 k-cups
  • ¼ C. Coffee-Mate Thin Mint coffee creamer
  • ¼ C. milk or half & half
  • Whipped cream topping (optional)

#1. Pour your 2 cups of coffee into ice cube trays and freeze for several hours.

#2. Remove from the freezer and add 2 cups of the frozen coffee cubes into the blender. Add ¼ C. of milk, ¼ cup of Thin Mint creamer and blend. You can always add a bit more creamer depending on how ‘minty’ you want your iced coffee to be.

**You can also substitute cold coffee for the milk depending on how strong you like your coffee.

Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
