October 11, 2012 at 1:04 pmI used to be a regular Ulta shopper. $5 off $10 is really good coupon for that store. Usually it’s $3 off $10. They almost always have a very good 75% clearance section. Certain times of the year they have huge clearance times where all the double packs of hair care or seasonal-packaged items are on clearance.
Looks like all retailers are trying to get us in the holiday spending mood, make everyday a black friday. 🙂
