This weight loss detox drink makes you feel better and is very refreshing.
This next recipe is for a weight loss detox drink. It helps to flatten your tummy and helps you to feel great. I always love drinking detox drinks especially during the Summer (see my Stress Relieving Detox drink here) so I have no problem drinking this refreshing drink. What’s nice is that is makes a good amount and you drink 2-3 glasses a day which means it will last you a few days. Also, since you are drinking 2 glasses, that goes towards your needed daily water intake.
Also, I have been drinking this myself and have already lost 3 pounds….simply AMAZING!!!

There are a couple reasons this detox drink recipe helps with belly fat….First would be the hydration aspect. Making sure you drink enough water every day will help you lose weight by itself. Then add these special ingredients like ginger (which helps calm your GI tract) and you’ve got an awesome detox.
Benefits of mint – Mint leaves can help you lose weight because it stimulates the digestion of fat. Mint helps in eliminating toxins from the body and also helps with tummy aches.
Benefits of Lemon – they are full of Vitamin C and lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleanser.
Benefits of Cucumber – Did you know that cucumber actually has 95% water content that is actually more nutritious than plain water?! It will help keep you hydrated and also helps in flushing out the toxins from the body.
Benefits of Lime – The citric acid in lime is an excellent fat burner and is full of antioxidants.
2 quarts water
1 Tablespoon grated Fresh Ginger
Fresh Mint (about 10-15 leaves)
Cut the lemon, lime and cucumber into thin slices with peels
Grate the ginger
Combine all of the ingredients and stir
Place the detox water in the fridge for a few hours and drink 2-3 glasses a day!
